PVO district clan was organised at 01.april.2008. The most part of clan members are from Eurasian and American countries: such as Russia, Ukraine, USA, Canada. The higher
management structure of clan is built of Russian speaking members. Clan internal and
foreign policy is based on liberal direction.
English division is the elite cell of PVO district clan. It was made in the 6th set since clan was organised. The main task of english division is the execution of specail operations.
