Definition of a Retal

   - The act of an attack on a country that has recently attacked either your country, or the alliance. The attack is either a Standard Strike (SS) or a Planned Strike (PS). The objective is to regain land lost in the hit on PVO.

   - PVO will accept the following in retaliation only : Standard Strikes, and Planned Strikes

   - Damaging spy ops are any spy op that causes a loss of something to the defending country. Including but not limited to: Bomb banks, Cause Dissention, Commit Espionage, Stir Rebellions, Stealing tech, etc.

   - Harmless spy ops are any spy op that does not cause a loss of something and are considered informational in nature only. Such as: Spy, Spy alliances. We never retal harmless spy ops regardless of how many are done.

   - PVO Does not accept missile retals. If a missile retal is performed on PVO we have the option of ignoring the attack, or killing it without warning. We usually choose death. Our clan doesn't take kindly to aggressive attacks.

   - PVO Does not accept specialty attacks (GS, BR, AB). If a specialty attack is performed on PVO we have the option of ignoring the attack, or killing it without warning.

   - The time frame for making a valid retal is 72 hours from the moment of the attack. Any attacks made after the 72 hour time period will be considered a separate attack and retalled accordingly.
